Accommodation

Accommodation and meals for conference participants will be offered directly in the Smolenice castle. Accommodation meals and other conference services can be ordered in your registration form. The rooms will be reserved using the first-come, first-served policy. Accommodation in the castle cannot be guaranteed in case of on-site registration.

Payment for accommodation and meals is possible together with the registration fee. Payment can be postponed until the notification of the paper acceptance is received. If only the registration fee is paid, reserved accommodation and meals can be paid also in cash at arrival in Smolenice.

Rooms

All rooms have their own bathrooms. The number of suites and single-bed rooms is rather limited, so the typical accommodation will be in double-bed or more-bed (shared) rooms. As the capacity of the castle is limited, please, reserve the desired accommodation as soon as you decide to participate in the conference.

Meals

Breakfast is included in the room price, lunches and dinners can be ordered separately for 12 Euro per meal. (Participants from SAS can the employees rates.) Single menu will be served to all conference participants, however, special meals (vegetarian, gluten free, ...) can be prepared on request. Please, make remark in the electronic registration form or ask at the registration desk. Note that refreshments during program breaks are free for all registered participants, welcome dinner on May 29, 2017 and barbeque in the evening on May 30, 2017 are included in all full time registration fees.
