ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS FOR CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS

Accommodation and meals for conference participants will be offered directly in the Smolenice castle. Using the registration form, accommodation and meals can be ordered for the period May 19 - 23, 2009. The rooms will be reserved using the first-come, first-served policy. Accommodation in the castle can not be guaranteed in case of on-site registration.

Payment for accommodation and meals is possible together with the registration fee. Payment can be postponed until notification of the acceptance of the paper is received. If registration fee was paid, payment for reserved accommodation and meals ca be made in cash at arrival in Smolenice.

Rooms

All rooms have their own bathroom. The number of suites and single-bed rooms is rather limited, so the typical accommodation will be in double-bed or more-bed (shared) rooms. As the capacity of the castle is limited, please, reserve the desired accommodation as soon as you decide to participate in the conference.


Meals

Breakfast is included in the room price, lunches and dinners can be ordered separately for 12 Euro per meal. (Participants from SAS can use the advantage of employees rates.)  Note that refreshments during program breaks, welcome dinner on May 20 and barbecue in the evening on May 22 are included in the registration fee.
