The registration is completed after payment of the conference fee is received by the organizers.

Payment of the registration fee and other conference services can be postponed until notification of acceptance of submitted papers is received by the author. If the registration fee is not paid until April 30, 2009 organizers can not guarantee publishing of the paper in the conference proceedings. Because of the limited capacity of the conference center the organizers reserve the right to refuse registration of participants without accepted contribution.
